The Story

A PASSION FOR PREP (AND SYSTEMS)

Susan Hogan, founder and Key Account Manager of The Professional Prep Partnership 3Pees), started her own Amazon journey in early 2019 as a seller. In the early days specialising in hair & beauty. 

Many visitors will recognise Susan from a number of online communities and may know her passion for creativity and streamlining business systems (along with a wry sense of humour!).

Back to the story....A decision was made at an early point to keep prepping in-house so Susan started to gradually upscale premises in line with growth of the business.

TRANSFORMING TO A PREP CENTRE

Our first paying customer arrived in late October 2021 to take up spare capacity initially. We were not looking to build a big business, more help to offset costs. However, it was quickly apparent there was an opportunity to also work closely with other warehouse/unit owners in the same position. And so The Professional Prep Partnership was born.

Our fresh approach is fuelled by our passion and enthusiasm for delivering a great customer experience. It underpins everything we do. We believe delivering excellent service will always be a work in progress and we subscribe to the whole principles of 'continuous improvement'. An important journey which engages with our customers at every stage.
